Workrooms are digital spaces within the worksite where invited team members can work collaborate on visual asset projects. In a workroom, users can organize, review, and share images with teammates and external guests (e.g. contributors or agencies). Workroom members can edit images, discuss, assign and manage tasks and creative projects, in a protected and exclusive digital space.
How do Workrooms work?
Creating workrooms is a very simple process that requires just a few quick steps. All you have to do is enter a name, description and deadline for a designated creative project that requires a workroom. Then, invite members to access it and collaborate on your project, add visual assets and start assigning tasks, discussing, editing, and approving visual content! Easy, right?
Can I invite external contributors to collaborate on creative projects?
Yes, guests can be invited to Workrooms. Guest users only have access to the workrooms they’re invited to and cannot see other content and projects located on the Worksite.
What are Units?
Units are digital coins spendable on BOOM Worksite for pay-as-you-go services. Every service has a different cost. The amount of units available depends on the plan you choose.
What is Web live distribution?
Every image stored on the BOOM Worksite can be distributed anywhere across the web (e.g. your websites, web apps or newsletters) thanks to CDN links that embed and display images. This data transferring process is called “web live distribution”, and can be done by using your units (each Gigabyte consumed is worth 10 Units).
